InvestHER Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to your application to and participation in InvestHER, an educational programme organised by Herspective. By submitting an application you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Programme overview
InvestHER is a free educational programme that introduces women to investing in an accessible and supportive environment. It combines workshops, worksheets, recorded sessions, reflection exercises, and a private community space. The programme is educational only: nothing shared during InvestHER is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Herspective does not recommend any specific product or provider.
2. Eligibility
InvestHER is open to women of all backgrounds and levels of experience. You must have a complete Herspective member profile and submit an application to be considered. Applications are reviewed manually and places are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, and Herspective may decline an application without giving a detailed reason.
3. Participation expectations
InvestHER is free thanks to our partners. In exchange, we ask participants to engage actively: complete the weekly materials, take part in discussions, and share your experience publicly by publishing at least three LinkedIn posts during the programme reflecting on what you are learning. Repeatedly inactive participants may lose their place so it can be offered to someone on the waiting list.
4. Attendance
Live workshops are scheduled in advance and communicated through the workspace calendar. We ask that you attend live wherever possible and let us know in advance if you cannot. Recordings are made available where the session format allows, but they are not a substitute for consistent participation.
5. Respectful community behaviour
The InvestHER community is a safe, inclusive space. Harassment, discrimination, personal financial solicitation, spam, or sharing other participants' personal information outside the community is not tolerated. Herspective may remove any participant who breaches these expectations, without refund or compensation, as the programme is free.
6. Recording of sessions
Online sessions may be recorded for participants who could not attend live. Recordings are shared only inside the InvestHER workspace with approved participants. If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off and use text chat; let the facilitator know at the start of the session.
7. Intellectual property
All curriculum, slides, worksheets, templates, recordings, and other materials shared through InvestHER remain the property of Herspective and its partners. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or use them for commercial training without written permission.
8. Cancellation
You may withdraw from InvestHER at any time by contacting us; there is no fee and no penalty. Herspective may cancel a cohort or session if there are insufficient participants, partner changes, or circumstances beyond our control. In that case we will inform participants as early as possible and, where feasible, offer a place in a later cohort.
9. Changes to the programme
We may adjust the schedule, facilitators, session order, or format of the programme. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants through the workspace announcements and by email.
10. Limitation of liability
InvestHER is provided on a best-effort basis and free of charge. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Herspective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any financial decisions you make during or after the programme. You remain solely responsible for your own financial choices.
