These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Herspective website, programs, events, and community spaces (including Herspective Academy). By using our services or applying to one of our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Herspective

Herspective is a women-led non-profit connecting ambitious women with opportunities in finance, technology, and entrepreneurship through workshops, events, education, and partnerships across Europe.

2. Eligibility & Applications

Some programs, including InvestHER, require an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We select participants based on cohort fit, motivation, and program capacity. Providing accurate, honest information is your responsibility.

3. Participation & Community Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, partners, and fellow members. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the community platform. Herspective may remove members who violate these expectations.

4. Intellectual Property

All program materials, curriculum, recordings, and resources shared through Herspective Academy remain the property of Herspective and its partners. Materials are for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled participants and may not be redistributed without permission.

5. Communications

As an applicant or participant, we will send you essential program communications (workshop information, schedules, reminders, resources, and program updates). Newsletter and marketing communications are only sent with your explicit opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Changes to Programs

We may occasionally adjust program schedules, facilitators, or format. We'll communicate material changes to enrolled participants as early as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Herspective provides its programs and services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
